Bij antibiotische keuze rekening houden met kolonisatie/eerdere kweken.
Bij verdenking Pseudomonasinfectie: ceftazidim iv 2000 mg 3 dd 5-14 d + gentamicine iv 1 dd totdat resistentie bekend is (maximaal 3 dagen).
